It turns out many of these spammer's account are from different IPs but belong to the same physical address. So i emailed their ISP see if they can do anything about it. I think many of these spams are automated too.

Well it's a pain having to ban these spammers. But because of these spammers the forum looks like it's got more members that it actually does. I don't know if that's bad or good.
